AGARTALA, Jan 17 (TIWN): MPW passed out unemployed youth demanded immediate recruitment as they have been deprived of employment for the last 6 years. On Wednesday, the job aspirants placed a deputation to the Director of Health Dept seeking recruitment. They said, at least 500 recruitment should be done. “There are over 700 vacant post but we demand at least 500 posts should be filled up now. We are becoming overage and if seniors are not recruited now, then we will have no other option except to hang our degrees around our neck”, a job aspirant said.
“Under the previous Govt, over 700 recruitment was going on but after the Govt changed all these recruitment were cancelled. We request CM Manik Saha to look after us and to conduct some recruitment”, another job aspirant said.
This is not first time that the job aspirants are fighting demanding recruitment, but various times, same demand was raised by them but so far no recruitment process has been initiated which has generated heavy resentment.
