AGARTALA, Dec 17 (TIWN): Ahead of Ram Mandir inauguration program that will be held on 22nd January 2024, Visha Hindu Parishad also has taken initiative to propagate the event in Tripura.

On Sunday, “Kalash” (pitcher) distribution program started for eight districts of Tripura and it has been declared that the VHP members will visit house to house and aware the people about the event.

Leaflets will be distributed house to house and the campaigning will continue till 15^th January.

Ram Mandir is being constructed over demolished Babri mosque after Supreme Court of India in 2019 pronounced the judgement in favour of Ram Temple, allocating a separate location for the Muslims to construct Babri mosque. It was proven in the court that Babri mosque was actually constructed by demolishing a Hindu temple before many centuries under the Mughal era.
