AGARTALA, Sep 26 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers although received major jolts from the Court and has been termed as the permanent chapter close for 10323 teachers, but the teachers are of the view that “injustice” happened to them.
Taking views of some of the terminated teachers, they said, even though court has given them ultimate order along with imposing 25,000 cost for filing petition, but question still remains what happened to the termination letter and without termination letter, how they could be terminated ?
Tripura High Court division bench on Tuesday not only dismissed their plea but also imposed a cost of Rs. 25,000 upon them for challenging the previous direction given by the Court. The 10323 teachers appealed to the High Court that their jobs could not be terminated as no termination letter was given by the Tripura Govt and the Tripura Govt said, the Govt never dismissed them, rather the Govt had appealed to the Supreme Court for their jobs which was discarded.
