Power Minister Hypes WhatsApp communication by TSECL with Consumers

AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Amid poor response allegation raised repeatedly by consumers against TSECL, Tripura new Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath said that people do not know about the WhatsApp facility and those who do not know must start communication via WhatsApp.
“I have seen that the employees are working very sincerely and responding to each consumer very nicely”, said Ratan Lal Nath.
He repeatedly declared the WhatsApp number : 9863596081 asking the people to contact with the office whenever necessary. The Minister was visiting Bhuturia Power Office when he said so.
