AGRATALA, January 22 (TIWN): Department of Physiotherapy, Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences (TIPS) has been nominated for best outstanding academic as well as social award in entire North Eastern Region on 53rd National Physiotherapy conference in Shimla on 20-22 March, 2015.

 Speaking to the reporters at Agartala Press Club Dr. Subhrajit Das president of Physiotherapy Forum of Tripura said that draft of the Tripura State Physiotherapy Council submitted to the necessary Departments of Government of Tripura.

He further said that from this year we are going for Post card campaign to the Governor of Tripura, Chief Minster, Health Minister and other respective Ministry and departments for up-gradation of professional issues from throughout the glove for the benefit of the common public of Tripura.

We are going to conduct different kind of health camps individually and in collaboration with Tripura Institute of Paramedical Sciences (TIPS) or other organization on rural area of Tripura.
