AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): CEO Kiran Gitte on Wednesday while addressing media, accepted that there are reports of violence, disturbance in last polls but this time there will be no chance for that.CEO assured that inside and outside the booths there will be massive security arrangements. As voting will start tomorrow 7 O’Clock, CEO Kiran Gitte has assured voters about a Free and Fair Poll, urging all voters to come out of home and cast their votes. CEO has requested the voters to cast a record-breaking number of votes, so that Tripura’s name can be highlighted nationally. “We accept that in last few polls, violence happened and unwanted incidents took place. But we assure you that tonight and after the poll you (voters) will be secured. Nothing to fear. We have taken the challenge to make Tripura poll free and fair with zero violence”, said CEO.
Tripura Election will be held on 16th February which is tomorrow and result will be declared on March 2nd.
