AGARTALA, Feb 11 (TIWN): BJP Workers beaten up an innocent banana seller in Surya Para. The banana seller was identified as Jeevan Paul (36). He was beaten up on head allegedly by BJP Supporters, also was slapped and punched.

Injured Jeevan Paul’s wife rushed to the Hospital after being received such an incident. On being asked about the incident injured Jeevan Paul’s wife could not brief anything before the media.

BJP continues their Pre-poll violences state-wide, amid EC’s assurance of Zero Violence. 

Now it has to be seen what initiative the EC will take against this incident.
