AGARTALA, Nov 6 (TIWN): Ahead of the upcoming Assembly Polls, the Congress has entered in Village areas to strengthen the organization in the rural hills of the state. On Tuesday, Congress held a rally and road meeting at Chelagang Bazar in Korbuk Assembly Constituency to protest against the corruption and misrule of the state government.
Former president of Pradesh Youth Congress Sushanta Chakraborty, student leader Samrat Roy, PCC member Ram Bahadur Reang and others were present in the programme. The rally started from Samatal Para and walked through different routes to Chelagang Bazar, besides walking at Choddo ghat area and Malomkoa area and later ended at Chelagang Bazar.
A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the Congress supporters during the rally and meeting.
