BELONIA, Nov 25 (TIWN): Under HIRA regime of the BJP Govt, the ruling Ministers, MLAs, leaders often claim that the Commission-business is over in the state whereas reality would show a different picture than the claims. In such an incident, a poor family in Sonaichari, Hrishyamukh alleged that BJP leaders have sought money from them, when they raised the ration card issue to them. Jitendra Chakma, and his wife Benuta Chakma are residing at Sonaichari, under Hrishyamukh block for decades but till now, they have not received ration cards.
BJP before the election 2018 assured them that their problems will be solved if BJP comes to power. Not only ration cards but PMAY house and other benefits will be given.
After 5 years of BJP’s rule in the state when Jitendra Chakma’s family sought solution to their problems, BJP local leaders told them that a huge amount of money will be needed for Ration Cards. For house and other benefits also, separate amounts have to be given; otherwise the party can not do anything.
