AGARTALA, Nov 24 (TIWN): Reportedly, a 23-year-old youth named Kishan Darsh punched his friend Bikash Chakraborty in Ranibazar East Noagaon area over a petty matter related to Carrom game. After that the young man named Bikash Chakraborty went home from the scene. After a while, when the 23-year-old Kishan Das was returning home suddenly the youth named Bikash Chakraborty stopped him in the road and hit him several times on the head with an iron rod.

The young man named Kishan Das was injured after the incident.

Later, the family members of the injured youth went to the spot and rescued Kishan Das in a bloody condition and brought him to GB Hospital. Presently he is undergoing treatment at GB Hospital.

The family members of Kishan Das filed a case against Bikash Chakraborty at the police station regarding this matter.
