AGARTALA, Nov 23 (TIWN): A housewife named Pooja Das (29), her dead body recovered from inside the bathroom. The incident took place at Rajbari Ward No-13 in Dharmanagar on Tuesday evening. After receiving the death news the Police rushed to the spot, recovered the dead body and sent to district hospital morgue for an autopsy.

It is known the deceased housewife Pooja Das’s husband Kajal Dev is working in the traffic police and not to let her go anywhere. Kajal Dev, working in the traffic police, told his wife. Meanwhile, the deceased's mother-in-law said that her son Kajal Dev was on duty at the time of the incident. The complaint made clearly shows that Pooja was mentally depressed because of her husband.

The deceased's brother expressed doubts over his sister’s death and said the way the body was found in the bathroom doesn’t look like suicide.

However, the police have started an investigation with the initial statement of the deceased's husband and mother-in-law and the cause of death will come out after investigation whether it was a planned murder or a suicide.
