AGARTALA, Nov 16 (TIWN): Stolen goods worth lakhs of rupees recovered from drug dealer Arjun Vaidya’s house in Bashpadua area under Bilonia police station.

Police on receiving such information rushed to drug dealer Arjun Vaidya’s house.  The Stolen items iron rods, iron pipes, car batteries, large quantities of adjuster fans, inverters, drilling machines, cutting machines, tree cutting machines, and large quantities of electrical wires were recovered. Also materials including intoxicants like cannabis, injection syringes and empty containers for storing brown sugar were recovered

The staff of the Satish Prasad Company claimed that the goods other than the electrical goods belong to Satish Prasad Company, which presently working for National Highway.

Drug dealer Arjun Vaidya escaped from his house and wife's incoherence was noticed in speech. Arjun Vaidya is a drug addict and a drug dealer. It is reported that Arjun Vaidya has been involved with drug dealing for the last 6- 7 years.

The names of Babul Mia, Biplab Dey, Bapan Dutta and Ashesh Chowdhury have come up with this theft case, among them Ashesh Chowdhury is an employee of RD Department.

Now it is to be seen what kind of role the police take against them in this regard.
