AGARTALA, September 14 (TIWN): Reportedly, the police of Mungiakami PS, based on secret sources information intercepted a 6-wheeler vehicle bearing Number- NL01AB4814 in 41 mile area and after searching the vehicle, the police recovered a total of 387 kg of dry Cannabis in 51 packets. The driver and co-driver of the vehicle were also arrested. Teliamura SDPO Sona Charan Jamatia was immediately informed and Teliamura SDPO including his team reached the spot after getting the information. Later, the police of Mungiakami PS took the seized vehicle0 with Cannabis to Mungiakami PS.

The seized cannabis would be Rs 5 lakhs, reportedly and the detained driver and co-driver were identified as Raja Kumar Yadav and Amit Kumar Yadav, both are residents of Laxmipur,  Bihar.

Case has been registered against the driver and the Co-Driver.
