Questions have raised over the role of police as nobody could be arrested so far after a series of robberies took place in the capital city Agartala. Netizens alleged it was the work of BJP’s bike gang.

Recently in Agartala various houses were looted after the family members were threatened to be murdered by showing sharp weapons. Many people were left injured by the unknown gang of robbers.

For the last two days, locals of Aralia are sleepless and guarding the area, searching for the robbers. They alleged that police are still inactive even after the complaint of robbers’ presence was sent to them.

Such cultures were seen decades-back in Tripura when border areas were not secure but in 2022 such crimes in the free nation have shocked the people.

Recently from Tripura Police headquarter, many important files were stolen. Such repeated crimes are portraying state police as miserably failed to control the law and order situation in state.
