AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): Reportedly, Moran Biswas, a rubber trader from Bishalgarh East Gokulnagar came to buy scrap rubber in Koyadhepa area, but while he was leaving the area after buying scrap rubber from Chandan Debbarma of Koyadhepa. He was stopped by some miscreants. Later, the miscreants chased him beaten him up.

The victim man alleged that the miscreants were in an inebriated state.

Oppositely in a video it has seen the youth Moran Biswas was beaten as he has been purchasing scrap rubber from a very young aged minor at low rate in Koyadhepa area.

However, the victim Moran Biswas filed a case at Bishalgarh PS.
