AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): Hanging body of housewife Barnali Biswas was found in the rubber garden of Ranikhama under Amtali PS. The housewife’s family alleged that her in-laws members hanged her after killing her. The family also alleged that she was tortured by her husband physically and mentally and traces of injuries were found on her body.
Barnali's family alleged that several scratch marks were found on her dead body. Demise woman's family member’s statement claimed that behind Barnali’s death her in-laws are involved.
The husband of the deceased has been accused of the murder but the husband denied the allegations.
Her body was returned after a post mortem.
