AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): Youth Congress Sunday has announced to launch a 72 hours of demonstration in Orient Chowmuhani from Monday in protest against the ongoing massive unemployment problems in Tripura.

Youth Congress State President Rakhu Das informed the media that with 11 points of demand the protest will be held which includes immediate recruitment of TET qualified youths, publication of JRBT results, to stop Agnipath scheme, and outsourcing recruitment, an investigation by High Court sitting judge in TSR recruitment scam etc.

Das said, “7 lakhs unemployed youths were created under the previous Left Govt and ahead of 2018 poll, a new emerging powerful opposition BJP assured to give 50,000 Govt jobs in a year which was actually a trap to take votes, Many more promises like the house to house jobs, missed call jobs were also given but in reality, Tripura unemployment problem has turned worst”.
