AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): SFI and TSU organised a rally in Belonia raising slogan 'Save Education, Save Country, Save the Future' on Wednesday.

The rally was organized in support of two demands, to withdraw policy on ‘Privatization of Education’ and to fulfil the Education related promises which were made prior to the Poll in Vision Document.  SFI State Secretary Sandipan Deb during the protest rally asked people to join in the rally to Save Education.

Student leaders Pritam Malla, Abinesh Murasingh and SFI State Secretary Sandipan Deb were present at the rally.

Baishali Majumder, a member of the SFI Central Committee during the rally protested against the anti-people and anti-labour policies taken by the government and requested people from the rally to make the strike successful on March 28-29.
