AGARTALA, Jan 30 (TIWN): Sick mentalities still in power and it was seen after Independent India’s first terrorist Nathuram Godse, who was also mentally sick due to communal nurturing in mind, has been sympathized with by Tripura BJP Minister Ram Prasad Pal on Gandhi's assassination day. The Minister however also paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and said, “We will not forget Mahatma Gandhi”. “It is true that Nathuram Godse had killed Mahatma Gandhi and we pay tribute to the feet of Bapu on this day, who had chosen the path of non-violence to free India. However, as per Nathuram Godse’s statement, he had killed Gandhi for dividing India and benefiting Pakistan. But we will not forget Mahatma Gandhi”.

The BJP Minister Ram Prasad Pal is not only an 8th passed candidate but involved in various criminal cases. Tripura High Court once issued an arrest warrant against the Minister.
