AGARTALA, Jan 27 (TIWN): West PS Police filed cases against Samrat Roy, President of NSUI and other Student leaders. Centering the cases Samrat Roy said that false cases were registered against him. The student leader stated that, no democracy is left in the state as those who are criminals, Police are not detaining them but those who are Protesting are being arrested.
Samrat Roy condemned the false registered cases against NSUI student leaders saying it’s a conspiracy to stop protests.
Under 144 Cr. Pc section cases were registered against Student activists, which is false allegations, stated Roy.
