The dialysis centre which has been suffering for years under Biplab Deb Govt is worsening now.

At first, the Govt failed to provide sufficient medical supplies and due to that patients are bound to buy medicines that are not possible for all to continue as dialysis is a weekly need and few patients need twice a week. The cost of the medicines is high.

As a result, 90% of kidney patients do not come to the GB hospital due to financial conditions whereas the rest of the patients are suffering due to long waits.

Today patients were seen waiting since morning but dialysis was provided till 3 pm’s report due to a mechanical problem.

Patient parties have demanded that the Govt must look into the matter and solve the problem.
