AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised a ‘Hira’ in Tripura but after four years of BJP’s rule, people in the state not only have lost the right to protest but now also losing the right to go to the Court. Today in an unexpected move of Tripura Police, unemployed youths who were scheduled to file a petition against the recently held TSR job recruitment scam, were arrested. As soon as the unemployed youths reached Tripura High Court, police arrested them, without allowing them to talk to the lawyers. The arrested youths alleged their detention was ‘illegal’, ‘undemocratic’.
Ahead of PM Modi’s arrival, on the one hand, the BJP party is propagating about a job recruitment scam whereas, on the other hand, innocent youths were arrested from the High Court.
