AGARTALA, DEC 27 (TIWN): On a shocking note, one newborn baby was found in rubber forest area adjacent to Bagabasa of Nalchar. The incident occurred on Monday.
Reportedly, the locals of Bagabasa area heard a baby's crying voice while working in the rubber forest on Monday morning. Immediately they rushed to the place and noticed an infant left on the ground. After that the locals informed Bagabasa police.
Police rushed to the place and recovered the baby. Immediately the newborn was taken to Nalchar hospital where the on-duty doctor declared him dead. The baby's parents identify is still not found. However police has taken a case on this matter and started investigating.
