AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Tripura Karmachari Samannoy Samity led State Govt employees staged a protest in Agartala today with various demands. Their demands include 2 national demands and 8 state issue-based demands. The employees demanded immediate cancellation of the National Pension Scheme (NPS) and to start a lifetime pension system for all. For Tripura outsourcing recruitment should be stopped, demanded the employees, and the employees also asked the Govt to regularize all the Govt employees who are in the fixed payment system. For 10323 teachers the organization has appealed to the Govt to keep a humanitarian outlook to solve their problems.

They further demanded regularization of Electric Department employees immediately after 5 years job completion and removal of Fixed pay system.  

The protest was staged for long 3 hours at Agartala City Centre premise.
