CPI-M to move High Court: South Tripura's CPI-M Leaders get Bails

AGARTALA, Dec 9 (TIWN): The top CPI-M leaders of South Tripura who have been jailed for 2 years under IPC 447 and 353 in the case PRC(WP)94/2016, now have been bailed out, Communist Party of India has announced.
“On the prospect of moving to the High Court, the 3 leaders are now in bail”, announced the CPI-M Party.
A total of 22 persons gave witness to the incident in Belonia Dist & Session Judge's Court. The allegation of attack on District Judge R.D.Pal was raised during a Strike day in 2015 and cases were lodged against 3 of them. The accused persons are 1) Tapas Datta, 2) Babul Das, 3) Trilokesh Sinha.
