AGARTALA, Dec 2 (TIWN): Criticizing Chief Minister Biplab Deb for his remark on State Govt employees, Trinamool convener Subal Bhowmik said, “Today the Govt employees are in terror. They have no minimum security and respect. So many attacks have taken place on Govt employees under the BJP Govt. When CM Biplab Deb himself is saying Govt employees are addicted, play cards, smoke during office hours, BJP MLA Biswabandhu Sen asked BJP workers to break the bones of Govt employees. Today the employees are not even given minimum respect’.

“Instead of doing this, Govt should clear 28% pending DA to the employees, 7th Pay Commission was promised but even today, State employees are getting half salaries than the Central employees here”, said Subal Bhowmik.
