AGARTALA, Dec 1 (TIWN): Without NGOs, Social Organizations Tripura’s major population could die in hunger in the Covid period as these organizations every day supplied free food to the poor but instead of mentioning them, Tripura CM Biplab Deb claimed that his Govt gave that much food access to people that nobody can claim any crisis of rice in the home.
However, unrecorded crises, suicide, and deaths from time to time came in the media. But confronting all the reports, CM Biplab Deb claimed the Govt supplied a huge amount of food.
Massive corruption was also held under the Govt rationing in the second wave as food packets and the Govt claimed the amount spent behind each food packet has no link in reality.
“Women sold off Rice Stocks to buy Sarees that much Food our Govt Provided in Covid Period’’, claimed Biplab Deb. However, now the question arises: If that much food was supplied to all houses, who would buy the rice ??
