AGARTALA, Nov 23 (TIWN): Incidents like theft, robbery and looting people are increasing on an alarming note in the Capital Agartala since past few months. However, the police authority and government is yet to pay their necessary attention to stop such incidents. In yet another incident, the locals caught a thief red-handed while looting constructional materials from an under construction house. The incident occurred on yesterday mid-night at Krishnanagar area.
