AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): Amid Supreme Court order Police administration are not monitoring properly and giving report to SC alleged TMC during protest before State Election Commission. “Election Commission has the power and provision to recruit a retired Judge from the Supreme Court or High Court for Independent observation”, said TMC as they lost all faith from the Election commission over not taking action against miscreants.

Municipal Poll will be organised without CCTV and VVPAT alleged Subal Bhowmik, raising this issue Subal Bhowmik said that with this conspiracy Election Commission is involved. He also asked, “Where such Election happen without CCTV and VVPAT?”

The attack on TMC has increased 10times since the day the Supreme Court had given verdict, allegedly but the accused was not arrested. Letter was given to the Election Commission, TMC will move forward to the Supreme Court again over not monitoring the Police administration, accordingly.
