AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Tripura CM Biplab Deb on Sunday while addressing in a self-help group programme at Agartala Town Hall said that he could have changed the structure of Tripura if he had become CM of Tripura by 2013-14.
“I wish I could become the CM when the Modi Govt first came to Centre. The previous Govt had no idea how to operate things. Their understanding level is so poor”, Biplab deb.
“In 25 years they (Left Parties) only did protests against the Centre and no actual work was done”, added Deb.
