AGARTALA, Nov 11 (TIWN): State Election Commission is playing the role just as Govt employees whose hands are tried with restrictions, failed to play minimum independent role following the guidelines of the Indian constitution. After winning 34% seats uncontested in the Municipal Poll through pre-poll rigging, BJP continues the terror atmosphere centering the poll keeping no room for grievance due to the double-engine Govt. A bike gang attacked TMC candidate's house brutally in Ward No-48 whereas similar bike gangs attacked various opposition party’s candidates including AMC ward no-30. TMC's woman candidate was attacked by hundreds of youths in Ram Nagar.

TMC convener Subal Bhowmik after the incident had announced to move protest voicing against ongoing tortures on the opposition.

But amid all these, Election Commission’s role is just deaf and dumb as well remained blind, just like Tripura Police and Central agencies yet blind to the September 8 Agartala city burning incident by BJP workers in broad day light amid all videos are viral in social media.
