AGARTALA, Nov 10 (TIWN): The job termination of 10323 teachers is causing severe effects on the future generation as due to 10323 teachers’ terminations, their children’s education is also at halt.

‘Amra 10323’ organization leader Dalia Das said, “The Govt was formed almost 4 years ago. There are massive loan burdens on us and the Govt even after promising to solve our problems is silent over our problems. Teachers are dying, becoming ill. Our children’s education almost stopped. Only 13 months remained for the next Assembly Poll but the Govt has no concern. So many teachers committed suicide, many died without treatment. The Govt is just cheating us and as a result 112 families are devastated with 112 persons dead among us. We demand the Govt should take responsibility for the 112 families and also save our lives”.

A deputation was placed to the Education Director Chandni Chandran seeking replies to certain queries and asked what solution was planned for terminated teachers' livelihoods.
