UDAIPUR / AMARPUR, Oct 27 (TIWN): In a housewife’s alleged murder, Women Commission team led by Chairperson Barnali Ghosh visited the victim family in Amarpur.
The incident took place at Birganj village of Amarpur on 19th October. The housewife named Pratima Debnath was allegedly murdered by her husband and in-laws.
A case was registered under 498/302/34 IPC, Case No-60/2021 in the Birganj PS.
The victim’s parental home is in Udaipur Gokulnagar.
The Women Commission assured the family of full legal support to ensure justice to the family.
