AGARTALA, Oct 26 (TIWN): The Education Department is pushing students towards danger. On one side Covid surge has not ended permanently, oppositely the vaccination process yet not started for School going students, but amid this situation Government although has decided to start school and to take exams in offline mode but no Covid safety guidelines are followed.
Reportedly, offline mode class was started in Govt School from Sept-13 and exams from Standard-3- Standard 8 have been started from today in Government Schools. Visiting to South Charilam English Medium School a terrible scenario caught on camera, where the School students were seen sitting in a queue without maintaining physical distance for attending exams. Also 99% of students were seen attending exams without Masks. Also, teachers were found without masks in the classroom.
Report says, there is a high Chance to hit the 3rd wave among children. Now it remains to be seen whether the Department will think about Students' lives or will push them towards danger.
