AGARTALA, Oct 20 (TIWN): The second Bangladesh Film Festival which was supposed to have occurred from 21st-23rd Oct was postponed over the communal violence in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Assistant High Commission Jubayed Hassan said, “Keeping the recent ongoing violence in head, the Bangladesh Government decided to postpone the Film Festival and was informed to the state Government of Postponing the Film Festival”.

The second Bangladesh Film Festival will be held later when the situation gets normalise, though the Programme date has not fixed yet, said the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission Jubayed Hassan before media.
