AGARTALA, Oct 8 (TIWN): Delegation members of AIDSO placed a memorandum to the Education Department for the benefits of College students.
After placing deputation, AIDSO State President Mridul Kanti Sarkar said before media that those students who completed their Higher Secondary this year would be confirmed their admission. Demands raised to increase the honours and pass courses seats in each college immediately so that the students can get opportunity to choose their favourite subjects accordingly. All financially backward students should be given the opportunity to admit the college near their residence. Also demanded the required number of permanent professors should be appointed in the colleges immediately.
The deputation with various college related issues was placed by 2 delegation members of AIDSO.
