AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): While addressing in a joining programme, Congress State President Birjit Sinha said, “Right now Congress is the only party of India which can take the country ahead. Congress’s main ideology is secularism and India’s constitution’s base is secularism”.

“The newly joined party members must remember that we are secular. This secularism should be strengthened further and without it India’s development is not possible and that’s why Congress’s strength is utmost important”.
