AGARTALA, Oct 4 (TIWN): Tripura SSA Teachers said that they are 'Hopeful' about High Court's Verdict. Tripura High Court asked State Govt to submit details about regularization scheme which was constituted for SSA’s regularization after High Court’s order on February 23rd, 2021.
Tripura High Court had asked State Govt to regularize all the SSA teachers but Tripura Law Minister Lal Nath argued that High Court had asked State Govt to form a scheme for the SSA teachers’ regularization and as per the scheme only TET qualified teachers were regularized and rest of the teachers got pay hikes.
SSA teachers stated that Tripura Govt is violating High Court’s order and so filed contempt of court case in High Court aimed to be regularized. Now, Tripura High Court has sought details about the regularization scheme by November 1st.
