AGARTALA, Oct 1 (TIWN): On a shocking note, even after filing complaint against the husband on Domestic Violence case, police did not take any action against him yet, alleged victim wife Anamika Saha. She even informed that she had consulted with Women Commission too, but no help was recieved by her.
Reportedly, the victim wife identified as Anamika Saha, resident of Gandhigram got married to Rajesh Saha, resident of Jagatpur area in the year of 2016. But after few days of marriage hur husband and in-laws allegedly started torturing her for dowry. She also alleged that her husband got into an extramarital affair with another woman and continued to torture her.
Later, the housewife filed a case at East Agartala Women PS against the accused husband. But she alleged that no help from the authority was recieved by her. On Friday, the housewife broken into tears in the Court premises seeking justice. Now it is to see what action the Women Commission and police authority takes on this case.
