AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): In a brutal attack on Trinamool's joining programme in Agartala Badharghat, 2 persons were seriously injured.

TMC leader Mujirbar Islam Majudmer, Student leader Subhankar Debnath were injured in the attack. 

Subhankar's condition is very critical but so far nobody was arrested although the area is protected under CCTV cameras. 

Subhankar was hospitalized but TMC leader Kunal Ghosh has expressed heavy resentment over police's role saying, the police have no intention to arrest anyone just like yesterday's incident.
