AGARTALA, Aug 18 (TIWN): Tripura Forward Bloc General Secretary Shyamal Roy has passed away.

But yesterday's incident happened in a hotel which claims itself a 5-star under 'Hotel Polo Towers' group, damaging the state's reputation nationally. The employees not only misbehaved with film actress Sayani Ghosh and other guests who were with her but the employees were caught on camera arguing with the guests not to hold political meetings there. 

Since the video went viral, there is no statement from the hotel, whereas if this incident happened in any 5 star hotel, the employees would already have been terminated on the spot. 

The rarest incident, has raised questions on the quality of the employees and hotel management, services in exchange of hefty amounts. 

The guests said, since they are in the hotel, similar kinds of problems have been faced by them.
