AGARTALA, May 9 (TIWN): CPI-M's Youth Wings DYFI, TYF and Students wing SFI, TSU have paid tribute to Rabindranath Tagore on his birth anniversary.

Statewide,  the units have organized programmes but Covid protocols were maintained.

Talking to media, DYFI President Palash Bhowmik has said that due to Covid crisis this year their programme is limited but in today's time when the whole world is gripped in Covid-Crisis, Tagore delivers the message of hope. 

"He was the symbol of love, nature and in this time of Human crisis, standing with the people is our utmost duty", said Palash Bhowmik.
