AGARTALA, May 3 (TIWN): Late last night, a terrible fire broke out in a wood shop and a Parlour. The incident took place in the area adjacent to the fire brigade Chowmuhani at Bhakta Datta Chowmuhani in Bhakta Datta’s house, Joynagar.

Immediately it was informed to Fire department but the family members claimed the fire department personals were delayed by half an hour even after receiving news.

However, 3 vehicles of the fire department reached to the scene and brought the fire under control. But it was alleged due to late arrival of the fire department nothing was saved.

However, the family is yet not known how the fire ignited. The amount of damage will be estimated around 15 lakh rupees.
