AGARTALA, April 23 (TIWN): 16 years old molestation case victim girl has committed suicide in Dukli after BJP local kariyakartas had forced her mother to settle the issue after the boy was arrested. The girl committed suicide when BJP workers led by Mithun Rishi Das had locked her inside her own home.

BJP member Mithun Rishi Das himself has accepted that he wanted to settle the issue out of court and when he along with accused man's father was in victim's home, the victim had committed suicide.

This incident held before 1 year when a boy Maran Rishi Das molested her. A case was filed and accordingly after investigation and arrest warrant was received, West Agartala Women Police had arrested accused Maran Rishi Das before 4 to 5 days. 

On Sunday, the accused person's father along with th BJP locals visited the victim's home and asked them to settle the case, means to withdraw the case. When the victim's mother was agreed to settle the matter, the girl already consumed poison. She was brought to hospital but died. 

Now, it's to be seen whether police arrest Mithun Rishi Das for being reason behind her suicide or not. 

BJP leader Mithun Rishi Das was controlling victim's mother till GB hospital, even in front of media also, taking the oppurtunity of her innocence but if practically seen, the people who tried to settle the matter outside the court are the reasons behind her death.
