AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): A 24-year-old housewife, Sonali Akhter, wife of Sirajul Islam committed suicide by pouring kerosene centering in-laws family quarrel. The incident took place in Dupuriaband area of Boxnagar on Saturday morning. Noticing this, her husband, Sirajul Islam rushed to save his wife but before that half of her body was burnt.

Immediately after the incident she was taken to Boxanagar Primary hospital and then she was referred to TMC Hospital for advanced treatment. Noticing her deteriorating health condition on-duty doctors referred to GB Hospital. Unfortunately the young life left breath at GB Hospital after fighting with death.

The death of a young woman brings shadow of mourning over the family.
