UDAIPUR, December 6 (TIWN): Another house wife was burnt to death and this time the incident took place at Tepania under Radhakishorepur Police station. However, as per the complaint lodged by the victim's family police arrested the husband but the other accused are said yo be absconding.

Last night the housewife Kakali Bhowmik(22) was suspected to be killed and then burnt to death in her in-laws at Tepania. It is learnt that the the husband Kamal Bhowmik is an influential CPI(M) cadre of the Tepania area and as such whenever she was tortured, no body came to the rescue of the housewife. Another sources adds that after her marriage with  Kamal Bhowmik , Kakali came to known that her husband is having an extra marital affair with his elder brother's wife. Last night Kakali saw her husband in close relationship with the wife of his elder brother. And to suppress the incident Kamal along with his father Charulal Bhowmik, mother Manju Bhowmik,  his brother Badal Bhowmik and Badal's wife Gouri Bhomik killed the house wife by strangulating her and then to present a drama of suicide , the burnt her. After getting the news Sibani's father lodged an FIR against all the accused persons. Accordingly Woman Police Station registered a case ( Case no 143/14) under section 498/302 of IPC. 
Today police arrested Kamal Bhowmik and produced before the CJM Court and CJM Biswajit Palit sent Kamal to 2 days of police remand. But the others are still absconding.
