AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): Tripura High Court has issued a notice to the Govt of Tripura, Election Commission of India, State, TTAADC Administration over delay of the ADC Election in state.

The notice was served to the Respondents : 

1. State of Tripura, 2. Principal Secretary to the Governor of Tripura, 3. State Election Commission, 4. Administrator, TTAADC, 5. Election Commission of India   
The  Petition filed before the High Court of Tripura for early conduct of election in TTAADC and examples were given how from Bihar to various other states, Elections are being conducted except Tripura. 

The notice was issued by Chief Justice Akil Kureshi.
