AGARTALA, Dec 20 (TIWN): AIKS and AIKSCC activists observed a minute of silence before CPM divisional office at Jamtala to pay tribute to the farmers who were martyred in Delhi during the agitation.
They demanded the repeal of three agricultural laws and electricity bills.
CPM divisional secretary Manik Biswas, Nitai Biswas, Naresh Jamatia, and other CPM workers were present at the tribute ceremony.
While addressing media, Nitai Biswas conveyed that if the central government does not repeal the three agricultural laws and electricity bills, they would launch a larger movement.
