AGARTALA, Dec 18 (TIWN): Persons who filed case against 2009-10 recruited 10323 teachers' jobs and then many of them who were appointed in later period as science teachers could not continue in their jobs as due to various technical faults and lies placed in the Court by them, today they have lost jobs in High Court's order. 10323 teacher Bijoy Krishna Saha has announced that before. As per Bijoy Krishna Saha's statement, "We have repeatedly told media that among 58 writ petitions, 4 science teachers who were there under WPC-537-2012 case also were included. Later, we have found that more 37 persons who filed case against us calling our jobs unconstitutional got jobs in 2012 but never had withdrawn their cases. So, they basically lied before the Court.After hearing, today High Court in the bench of Chief Justice Akil Kureshi has given the order of their termination.

However in the evening the exact copy of the judgement will come out. Senior Advocate Sankar Deb represented the petitioners against these 41 teachers. On the other side, 10323 teachers have further challenged that from 2003 to 2014 all jobs under Teaching profession are illegal if 10323 teachers jobs are illegal.
