AGARTALA, Dec 16 (TIWN): Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised various events to commemorate ‘Vijay Diwas’ across Tripura on 16 December 2020.

The events encompassed a movie screening and motivational speech for locals at Sabroom, Tripura which was attended by 72 locals. An equipment display for school children was organised at Agartala, Udaipur, Radhanagar. Approx 500 children at various locations attended the same. 3. The events were aimed to create awareness amongst locals and showcase the rich history and traditions of Indian armed forces and Assam Rifles. The events witnessed enthusiastic participation from locals and school Children.
